GTA Vice City Car Colors as listed in the carcols.dat file...

GTA Vice City colors as they appear in MY carcols.dat

The main thing I did was add and change some of the colors of various cars in the game for a little more variety.  I looked for the colors that were duplicated (like the 3 and 12 are still the same color) and changed all instances of one color # to the other # so that I would have some "free" colors to use without infringing upon existing colors...

the numbers 12, 80, 81, 82 were all duplicates, so I replaced these numbers with they corresponding numbers so that they would remain they same in the game, then used the "extras" to add my own,,, though I didn't touch 12 yet...you can still change it...
